Well its been a while..Tommorow im leaving for marthas vineyard for 2weeks...then i come home for saturday and sunday..and then im off to Green Mountain running camp for a week...So i guess i wont be here for three weeks..I know how much all of your going to miss me.

As we all the summer is apon us..and what will be doing this summerr..well lets start. The first week of summer i will be sailing a 35foot sailboat across the world and creating a new world record by traveling the globe in 80 days. After my sailing excursion I will spending my time in Kenya with my fellow country men we will log hundreds of mile in only matter of weeks. We will train intensely on little sleep and water. It wil be a hard couple months but i will survive. And when i return i be unstoppable. sooo its not much of an exciting summer but hey its my summer....
Just got back from a race at spackenkill....colddd..wettt...rainy fun fun fun. Ran the SMR 200 leg and the DMR 800...PR in the 800 2.14..Other then that im cold and tireddd.......and boredd. It sorda sucks because from thursday to today we could have been racing down in Penn and doing cooll and fun stuff but the school forgets to payyy...o welll
Washington was overall goodd..except for the part when we turned the lights off in the rooom and were fooling around and i slammed my head into the marble counter top...
